Data Protection & Security Health Check
The problem: “Are we compliant, and could we be breached?” Nobody can answer with evidence.
What you receive
- A gap check against the Data Protection Act 2019 and ODPC requirements
- A review of your external attack surface and email spoofing protection
- A top-10 risk list, in order of what to fix first
- A 1-page summary your board can read
Starter scope: 5 days, up to 50 staff, 1 domain. KES 150,000–250,000 (estimate)
What we need from you: a named contact, your domain and access to your policies. Every test runs only under a signed scope and authorisation letter.
ISO/IEC 27001 + 42001 Readiness
The problem: a donor, tender or EU client asks for ISO 27001 or AI governance, and nothing exists yet.
What you receive
- A gap assessment against the standard’s clauses and controls
- A risk register
- A draft Statement of Applicability
- An inventory of your AI systems (ISO/IEC 42001 add-on)
- A 90-day roadmap
Starter scope: 10 days, one site, one standard; the 42001 add-on adds 3 days. KES 350,000–600,000 (estimate)
What we need from you: a sponsor who can decide, your current policies, and time with the people who run your systems.

Secure Website Care
The problem: small-business sites go unpatched, have no backups and leak data through forms.
What you receive
- Monthly updates and backups
- Security headers (CSP, HSTS)
- Uptime and malware monitoring
- A monthly report, and 2 hours of edits a month
Starter scope: 1 site. KES 8,000–15,000 per month (estimate)
What we need from you: admin access to the site and its hosting, and a named contact for approvals.
